As an 11-year human resources professional, John has worked across various industries and sectors supporting at almost every professional level within the field. Prior to joining the Maryland Nonprofits, John has played critical roles working with leaders through the C-Suite, managing multi-million dollar budgets, driving change management activity, and building managerial capability with leaders.

Over the course of his professional experience, John has cultivated an ability to help businesses and organizations amplify their internal culture and employee satisfaction by focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and employee allyship. As a native of Brooklyn, New York, John lives in the suburban area of Washington DC with his wife and two sons.
