If so, you have annual compliance filings that are due (or possibly overdue) to be filed with the IRS and the state of Maryland. Let us help you so you can stay focused on your mission-related activities. Our flat fee service includes one or two years of compliance filings:

- Maryland Annual Report
- Maryland Charitable Solicitation Registration/Annual Update
Who is eligible?
Organizations in their first two years of operation who have gross receipts below $50K

| Filing for one year – $500 | Filing for one year – $750 |
| Filing for two years – $750 | Filing for two years – $1000 |
