Xavier Ifill

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Xavier, a native of Brooklyn and proud alum of Morehouse College and Columbia University, is a dedicated community advocate and member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. Passionate about fostering community development, Xavier recently spearheaded the E.D.G.E. Movement NYC Inc., a 501c(3) organization committed to mentoring and service learning for young men of color aged 11-17. His impactful work extends to the Related Affordable Foundation, a 501c(3) organization geared towards ending the cycle of poverty in affordable housing communities, where Xavier forged partnerships providing services to affordable housing communities nationwide.

Noteworthy career highlights include aiding unhoused individuals in securing permanent housing and working with incarcerated individuals to regain their freedom. Xavier’s commitment to community welfare also involves facilitating weekly men’s group therapy sessions. Beyond his professional endeavors, Xavier finds true joy and fulfillment as a husband to his wife, Elizabeth, and a devoted father to his daughter, Phoebe, and sons, Isaiah and Levi.
