Will Pass

Comprehensive Housing Assistance, Inc., Chief Financial & Operating Officer. Will Pass is the Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer for Comprehensive Housing Assistance, Inc. (CHAI). He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization as well as processing and providing all financial data associated with the organization as well. Prior to working for CHAI, Will served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Wilmington Housing Authority, which is the largest provider of affordable housing in the state of Delaware.

Will is a Co-Chair of the Housing Council for the ULI (Urban Land Institute-Philadelphia Chapter), Will also serves on the finance committee for Maryland Nonprofits and the Board of Directors for Wilmington Alliance. He holds a BS from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Finance and an MS in Nonprofit Management also from the University of Maryland.
