PANEL 3: GETTING YOUR FOOT IN THE DOOR WITH GRANTMAKERS (Friday, Oct. 5)
OCTOBER 5 AT 11 AM
This panel will discuss the best ways to approach funders for the first time. The “pre-proposal” relationship is absolutely critical to becoming a new grantee. The panelists will share information from their experience as grantmakers in working with first-time grantees and discuss the most effective ways to get noticed and get a proposal invited. We may even hear some humorous stories about what not to do, and how to polish your approach for best results.
