Maryland Nonprofits is the primary resource for advice and assistance on nonprofit management issues for the state’s nonprofit community. We conduct training programs and provide technical assistance in most areas of nonprofit management; promote opportunities for information sharing and networking and represent the interests of our members and the nonprofit sector before federal, state, county and municipal governments. Maryland Nonprofits is home to the Charge Up Collaborative, Maryland Association of Resources for Families & Youth (MARFY), Maryland Latinos Unidos, and Standards for Excellence Institute.
- CRM Manager
The CRM Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Maryland Nonprofits database, including the successful integration of Salesforce with new and existing technology. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce administration experience, familiarity with nonprofits and an interest in pursuing a career in the nonprofit sector, and formal certifications like Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc. Compensation will range from $65,000 to $70,000 annually. - Project and Content Manager
The Project and Content Manager is a member of the Programs Department and works primarily on projects to support the Learning Community. The Learning Community helps nonprofit leaders improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities in the workplace through special cohort programs, virtual and classroom training, online educational resources, convenings, member meetings, peer-to-peer roundtable events, Maryland Nonprofits’ Annual Conference, and other methods. The Programs Department also administers the Maryland Nonprofit Development Center which supports small, young nonprofit organizations with technical assistance, training, and educational resources. The ideal candidate should have nonprofit experience either as an employee or board member, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to work independently, effectively prioritize workload on multiple projects & events simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle competing tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Senior Program Manager for Baltimore
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for 4 areas of work:

- Engage the Baltimore nonprofit leaders to understand their aspirations and talents and connect them with opportunities to grow their impact, strengthen their organizations and become more sustainable.
- Foster networking, collaboration and collective action among the diverse Baltimore nonprofit community.
- Lead programs, including workshops, convenings, and provide direct capacity building support to nonprofit organizations in Baltimore.
- Liaise with the philanthropic and governmental funding community to strengthen partnerships and leverage resources into communities and nonprofits that have been left out of funding opportunities in the past, especially Black and Latino led, small community- based organizations.
The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience working in nonprofit organizations in Baltimore City, a bachelor’s degree or equal lived experience, nonprofit fundraising experience including applying for and managing government grants, and a commitment to justice, diversity, equity and inclusion.
