FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
October 28, 2024 – Baltimore, MD
Maryland Nonprofits, which represents over 1,800 member organizations and advocates on behalf of 40,000 nonprofits across the state, has unveiled a new comprehensive brand as part of its mission to strengthen Maryland’s nonprofit sector.
Announced during the opening session of the 2024 Annual Conference, “Unlocking the Power of Nonprofits,” the rebrand includes a new logo, a full visual identity refresh, updated messaging, and a modern tone that better reflects the organization’s core values of equity, collaboration, and innovation.
“This rebranding is about reaffirming our mission to strengthen organizations for greater quality of life and equity,” said Heather Iliff, President & CEO of Maryland Nonprofits. “Our new identity highlights the values that guide us while amplifying the collective power of Maryland’s nonprofit community. Wherever you are on your nonprofit’s journey, you have a seat at our table.”
The rebranding project, which began in 2023, was led by Points North Studio, a full-service design, interactive, and branding studio located in Baltimore, MD. The new brand will be adopted in the last quarter of 2024, along with a redesigned website that will improve user experience and make resources more accessible for nonprofits across the state.
