Join us for Learning Studio #1 of Scenario Planning in Action on February 17 from 9:30 AM–12:30 PM. This hands-on training is designed for nonprofit leaders and board members seeking practical tools to navigate uncertainty and strengthen long-term organizational sustainability.
This Learning Studio introduces a clear, approachable framework for scenario planning through guided exercises grounded in real nonprofit challenges. Participants will explore tools that support shared clarity and alignment between staff and board—equipping leaders to make confident, timely decisions as conditions evolve.
By the end of the session, participants will have begun developing a customized scenario plan they can immediately apply within their own organization. Throughout the process, participants will receive 1:1 coaching support to help tailor the framework to their specific context, test assumptions, and move from planning to action with confidence.
Applications close on Monday, February 9 at 11:59 PM. Selected participants will be notified first for Learning Studio #1. A waitlist will be created for applicants whose schedules do not align with the available dates or for those we are unable to place in one of the three scheduled Learning Studios.
On January 29, we held the introductory session for the Scenario Planning in Action training series with more than 150 attendees, watch the session recording here. Thank you to everyone who joined us—we truly appreciate your time, engagement, and thoughtful contributions to the conversation.
