Learning Studio #1 will launch in early spring as we finalize a strong and diverse cohort of nonprofit leaders. This learning community model is intentional — peer insight and shared experience are central to the work.

About this Training Series:

The Scenario Planning In Action training series is designed specifically for nonprofit leaders who want practical tools to navigate uncertainty, build trust, and strengthen long-term sustainability, without relying on overly complex models or abstract theory.

Leading a nonprofit today means making important decisions in conditions that are rarely clear or predictable. Funding shifts, staffing pressures, policy changes, and rising community needs can all converge at once – often faster than traditional planning cycles allow. This series is designed for nonprofit leaders and boards who want to be prepared rather than reactive. Participants can expect:
